These are good as an accompaniment to afternoon tea or after work/school (college) milk. Or anytime, really. These take about 15 minutes of prep time and 11 minutes to bake. There is a two hour delay between mixing and baking, for chill time. (Pun intended.)

Ingredients
1cupcannabutter *
1cupbrown sugar
1egg egg
1teaspoonvanilla extract
2 2/3cupflour
1teaspoonbaking powder
1/2teaspoonnutmeg
1/2teaspoonsalt
1-5tablespoonsmilk
Instructions
Beat cannabutter and brown sugar in large bowl until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla.
Sift flour, baking powder, nutmeg and salt.
Mix the butter and flour together.
Add milk one tablespoon at a time to appropriate consistency for soft dough. Knead then chill for about 2 hours.
Roll dough to 1/4″ thickness and cut with cookie cutters. Remove excess, reform, reroll and cut.
Bake at 350º for 11 minutes. Let cool.
Notes
* The amount of cannabutter used depends on the strength of the THC and the potency you desire. Start with the small portion of a serving and wait one to two hours to make an informed decision on whether to consume more.
