Menu and Deals

• What products and brands do you carry?
  We carry hundreds of products from dozens of premium Arizona brands. Our goal is to offer you the best in Arizona, from flower to concentrates. Check our menu for our current offering.
• Do you have any new patient specials?
  Yes. New patients will receive 20% off their first visit, 15% off their second visit, and 10% off their third visit!
• Do you have any existing client specials?
  Yes. Please check out our weekly specials and cannabis deals here and look out for other special offers when shopping on our live menu.
• Do you offer specials for medical patients?
  Yes.
• Can I be notified when Kind Meds has new deals?
  Yes! Just sign up for our newsletter and we’ll email you with our new deals and special events.

Online Ordering

• Can I order larger quantities online?
  Yes! You can still order grams, eighths (3.5 grams), quads (7 grams), half ounces (14 grams) and full ounces (28 grams).
• Why doesn’t the online menu show discounts applied for bulk online orders?
  While we offer a wide range of quantities at our dispensary, including bulk orders of half an ounce and full ounces of flower, the online ordering system doesn’t automatically calculate the discounts at this time. Do not worry, your price break will still be applied when you pick up your order in the store.
• What should I do if I have questions about my order or available quantities?
  If you have any questions about your order or the quantities available, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Our team is here to help and ensure you have the best experience possible.
• Does Kind Meds offer online ordering?
  Yes! For the quickest way to get your order, reserve your products online through our menu and pick up your order from the front desk.
• How does your online reservation and pick-up service work?
  1. Load your cart with all your favorites at https://kindmedsaz.com/menu/.
  2. If you don’t already have an account, when you go to check out you will be prompted to create one.
  3. After checking out, we’ll get right to work. You’ll receive a confirmation text message when we begin to process your order, so remember to be patient!
  4. When your order is ready for pick-up, we’ll shoot you a pick-up text message letting you know to head on over. Don’t forget your personal ID and phone — you’ll need to flash both your ID and the pick-up text message to our customer service rep.
  5. When you get here, park and come inside. A representative will greet you, confirm your order, accept payment, and make the hand off.
  6. That’s it! Easy, right?
• Do you offer delivery too?
  No, we do not offer delivery services at this time.
• Who can come with me?
  Anyone over the age of 21, with valid identification!
• How do I know when to arrive for my pick-up?
  When your order is ready for pick-up, we’ll shoot you a pick-up text message letting you know to head on over. Don’t forget your personal ID and phone — you’ll need to flash both your ID and the pick-up text message to our customer service rep in the parking lot.
• Can I pay for my pick-up order with credit or debit cards? What about cash?
  Cash always. And, for your convenience, we do have an ATM in the lobby. Debit cards, yes as well! But please note that they work like an ATM and do charge a service fee. Credit cards, sadly no.
• When is the latest I can order for pick-up?
  Online orders are for same day pickup and must be picked up between 11am and 7pm. Our store hours are 10am – 8pm 7 days a week. If you have any issues, please call the store: 480-686-9302.
• How long will my online order be held for?
  Online orders are for same day pick-up and must be picked up and paid for by 7pm. If you don’t pick up your order by 7pm, it will be canceled and returned to inventory.
• Can I change my order when I pick-up?
  Yes. Before paying you can adjust your order.
• Can I order at the store?
  Absolutely! Just remember that it will be faster to order online and pick-up.

General Cannabis FAQs

• How long has cannabis been legal in Arizona?
  Cannabis has been legal for medical use in Arizona since 2010, following the passing of the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act (AMMA). Recreational cannabis was legalized more recently, in November 2020, with the passage of Proposition 207, also known as the Smart and Safe Arizona Act. This act allows adults aged 21 and older to legally possess, purchase, and consume cannabis.
• How much cannabis can I buy at once?
  In Arizona, adults aged 21 and older can purchase up to one ounce (28 grams) of cannabis at a time, with no more than five grams of that amount being in the form of cannabis concentrates (extracts). Medical marijuana patients have a slightly higher limit and can purchase up to 2.5 ounces (70 grams) of cannabis every two weeks.
• What are the current Arizona cannabis laws?

  Arizona’s current cannabis laws, under the Smart and Safe Arizona Act, allow adults aged 21 and older to:

  • Possess up to one ounce (28 grams) of cannabis, with no more than five grams in concentrate form.
  • Cultivate up to six cannabis plants at their residence, with a maximum of 12 plants per household if more than one adult resides there.
  • Consume cannabis on private property. Public consumption is prohibited.
  • Possess and use cannabis paraphernalia.

  For medical marijuana patients, the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act permits qualifying patients to possess up to 2.5 ounces (70 grams) of cannabis over a two-week period and cultivate up to 12 plants if they live more than 25 miles from a dispensary.

• Can I grow cannabis in Arizona?
  Yes, adults aged 21 and older can grow cannabis in Arizona. Each adult can cultivate up to six cannabis plants at their residence. If more than one adult lives in the same home, the maximum number of plants allowed is 12. For medical marijuana patients, cultivation is permitted if they live more than 25 miles from the nearest dispensary, allowing them to grow up to 12 plants.
• Where can I legally smoke cannabis in AZ?
  Cannabis consumption is permitted on private property, meaning you can smoke cannabis in your home or someone else’s private residence with permission. However, smoking or consuming cannabis in public places, such as parks, sidewalks, bars, and restaurants, is strictly prohibited. Additionally, it’s important to respect property owner rules and regulations, as not all private properties may permit cannabis use.
